Where did the idea come from for the book? From a character in our book Vive la Revolution!

What genre does your book fall under? An interracial madcap comedy

Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition? The heroine would be played by Queen Latifah; the hero would be played by a bigger version of Chris Hemsworth (Thor 2011).

What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book? Irish Coffee is what you get when you mix a crazy, cool, sexy, hot BBW with a rough, motorcycle-riding, Cajun who likes nothing more than a challenge…especially when the challenge is stacked from the front to the back.

Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency? Irish Coffee will be published by Beautiful Trouble Publishing.

How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript? Since we re-wrote it like ten times…a long time.

What other books would you compare this story to within your genre? Vive la Revolution, Tres Leches Shake…both by us!
